SportsBroker is a new real money real time game, a virtual stock market for sports. You will not be placing a fixed price order on a set outcome with a fixed return, win or lose. Instead, we have created our own proprietary trading algorithm that is based on real-time performance of teams during live events to assign a virtual value to each team in a competition or league, which will then rise or fall based purely on statistics. 

The aim of the game is to buy and sell virtual shares in the teams you think will have the greatest share price increase. The value of your shares will go up or down based on two main factors: a team’s expected performance and league position weightings.

What is SportsBroker

At SportsBroker we need to be able to positively identify our customers to help ensure the security of your account. To do this, we may request identification from you.

This process is called Know Your Customer (KYC). Your full name, date of birth and address must be successfully verified prior to being able to complete the registration with the product.

We might also need to ask you to confirm your identity and show that you have sufficient funds to support your activity on SportsBroker. When such information is required, your SportsBroker account may be subject to certain restrictions until the requested information and documentation is provided.

**Your Identity**

To verify your identity, we may ask you to provide a copy of your passport or driving license and sometimes a document confirming your residential address such as a utility bill.

**Your Funds**

When verifying the source of the funds you use to play with, you might have to provide information and documentation that demonstrate you have sufficient funds to support your activity on SportsBroker. Information such as your occupation and salary, supported by documentation such as a copy of your bank statement or payslip might be required. We will let you know what information or documentation we require as part of the Enhanced Verification process.

Account Verification

If you have forgotten your login details, you will need to do the following:
- Click on the ‘Forgot password?’ link on the login page
- You will be prompted to provide your email address and click the ‘Reset password’ button.
- Click the ‘Reset password’ button and an email will be sent to you.
- Within the email, click the button
- You will be prompted to enter a new password.
- Your password should have at least: 8 characters, 1 number, 1 upper case letter, and 1 lower case letter
- Click the ‘Reset password’ button to reset your password
- Your password will be reset and you will now be able to log in

Forgotten Login Details

You are able to deposit and withdraw within the application once you are registered. We have teamed up with Pay360 and you will be able to complete deposits and withdrawals by using Pay360. Deposit your money with Pay360 and transfer an amount of your choice to your SportsBroker account. You will also be able to withdraw funds from your SportsBroker account to your account with Pay360.

**Limits**

SportsBroker has built a number of game controls into the system to ensure we protect our players and can afford to play in the first place.

You can set daily, weekly and monthly limits in the game. This ensures that you limit yourself to the amount you are happy to spend on an order. This safeguard is designed to prevent players from SportsBroker spending more than they can afford.

**Self-exclusion**

The definite self-exclusion function allows you to remove yourself from the game in the system for a day, week, month, six months or longer. When you want to re-join, you’ll need to contact customer services. We’re happy to get you back on the system, but we need to be sure that you’ll play responsibly. SportsBroker also allows an indefinite exclusion where you ban yourself from the app for an indefinite period of time.

**Other Controls**

You also have the ability to close your account, this is where you cannot log in and you will have to contact support to open your account again. There is a cool-off period and you will not be able to do so immediately after you have closed your account.

On top of all that, SportsBroker will carry out enhanced due diligence by monitoring all users’ gaming patterns. If we spot what we deem to be unhealthy habits, we will ask for details such as sources of wealth and the source of funds to ensure that you can afford to play and that your behaviour is not having a negative effect on you and your family.
